1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Client Accounts and Queue Use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account details. You agree to use the request queue for legitimate design, development, and content tasks related to your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend accounts submitting malicious files or code.

3. Payments and Monthly Retainers

Subscribing to a Pro Retainer plan authorizes recurring monthly billing via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your customer portal. All billing issues, refunds, and adjustments are handled through Stripe or by contacting support.

4. Service Levels and Delays

While we aim to process unlimited queue requests rapidly, response times may vary based on request complexity and volume. We do not guarantee immediate fulfillment windows unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom contract.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
